Cancellation Policy
ALL ORDERS ONCE PROCESSED ARE FINAL. If we have already processed and shipped out the order, it cannot be canceled. Once you submit your order, it cannot be canceled or changed.
For orders shipping to the US: Please allow 21 days for delivery. However, there is no guarantee of delivery time within this period. Once the order has left our offices we have no control over the postal delivery system. All orders are shipped out with delivery confirmation.
For International Orders: Please allow 30 days for delivery. However, there is no guarantee of delivery time within this period. Once the order has left our offices we have no control over the postal delivery system. All orders are shipped out with delivery confirmation. All International shipments will require a signature upon receipt.
Return Policy
JoshNelsonProject.com has a NO REFUND, NO RETURNS policy on DOWNLOADS and PRINTED MATERIALS. Unopened CD’s, t-shirts and other merchandise in saleable condition may be returned with original packaging slip and letter of explanation within 30 days of order date for a full refund. Refunds are processed upon receipt of the product and DO NOT include shipping/handling costs.
